One truly gets what one pays for. I have had 2 mugs created and both came out much better than I imagined. It is obvious that the people creating the mugs are more like great artists than technicians. Also, the timeline for delivery is much shorter than the estimate. I received both mugs exactly 8 days from submission of the artwork. Also, the quality of the mug is outstanding. Both are so beautiful that I almost don’t want to use them (almost)! Can’t say enough good things about these wonderful artists and am currently looking for another photo to put on a mug!

They arrived in individual boxes and it appears they are well cushioned. Best printing detail and appears very well done. Looks like they will last forever. The mug is good quality. The artwork on the mug was easy to design and arrived exactly as ordered. The quality of the photo replication was excellent - high print quality and very good color. The print finish is holding up well despite heavy use. And, the order was completed faster than promised!

Good sized mug, good weight and thickness to it, and my images came out almost exactly as submitted. One of my images had text and a black background, and I was worried it may look silly on the mug itself (i.e., come out looking like a sticker on the side of a mug), but it actually came out really nicely with the black of the mug which I am so excited about. Then, the other picture - The only reason I deducted one star - is because the photo of the two of us does look a little dark, almost like the image itself maybe isn't thick enough over top of the black background of the mug? It was a pretty light/bright image, though. I am not sure, but really, I still love it, and it's a gift for my boyfriend who loves black so I think this will be absolutely perfect. I wanted a customizable mug that wasn't just plain boring white, and this absolutely did it. Would buy again!

The coffee mugs received are beautiful and pictures are Vivid and beautifully colored.

Seller was very attentive, they noticed my pattern was small for printing and contacted me, while I didn't pay for the confirmation. We finally agreed on the design and printed the mug, everything turned out very well! This is my second time ordering from this vendor, they are pretty good. Recommend!
