I have worn these pants for years and we're extremely comfortable. Now the sizing is inconsistent. I ordered 3 pairs XL TALL and each fit differently. 1 pair fits like normal. 1 pair are slightly smaller (waist and thighs) and a bit uncomfortable and the 3rd pair are going to be donated because they're so small in the waist and thighs and very uncomfortable. I'm pretty disappointed and going to buy a different brand.

As a reference, I am 5'5", about 127 pounds, usually wear size 4 jeans/pants, and ordered the XS in the "raspberry". They were a little baggy. I mainly order these due to the big, stretchy, yoga-like waist band because, since I don't have much in the hip department, my ordinary drawstring scrubs pants were constantly falling down during my 12 hour nursing shifts (the fact that I had a phone, markers, pens, papers, etc. in the pockets didn't help either). However, these pants stayed up GREAT I believe mostly due to the waist band. I wanted to love them, but since the color wasn't exactly as maroon/wine as my hospital requires and they were a bit baggy, I decided to return them and instead purchased the Cherokee Infinity line instead - highly recommend! I just didn't find these pants very flattering (especially in the butt area as they were quite big - I also don't have a huge butt). However, the length seems good - they didn't drag on the floor. I did not try the wait band folded down but with it rolled up, it went up to just above my belly button. I wish the pants would have had a bit more flare to them but that is just my personal preference. I would say the material seems a bit heavy or stiff or rough - perhaps with a couple washes they would become more light - then again, I have always purchase Cherokee and this was my first time trying Koi. The pockets were good and plenty deep enough - the cargo pocket was also a huge plus.

I wear these pants almost every day. I've gotten rid of most of my other pants (except a few pairs of dressy pants). They look like cargo pants but with a nice stretchy waist. The fabric below the waistline is breathable, non-stretch fabric which I like. They are very comfortable and I love the way they look. I feel they are very versatile - not just for use as scrubs.I have fairly big thighs and so the pants (especially the black ones, for some reason) are a bit tight around my thighs when I'm seated. The stretchy waistband is very comfortable, and has a drawstring for when I'm carrying my phone or wallet in my pocket (if I don't tie the drawstring then the pants will slip down to my hips if there is anything in the pants pockets).These pants have been especially great for hiking and road trips - they are sturdy and durable but the fabric isn't too heavy. I highly recommend them to anyone who likes stretchy pants but doesn't want to look like they're wearing sweatpants all day.

I’m a nursing student, and I had bought the scrubs that were recommended from the program at my school. The bottoms were way too low on my waist and I constantly had to make sure my scrub top was covering my lower back so I didn’t flash anyone. These pants fit like a GLOVE and the waist goes all the way up to my belly button so I don’t have to worry about anyone seeing my underwear! The tie on the waist also doesn’t get stuck like how it does with other brands. For reference I’m 5’4, 130 lbs with short legs and a long torso, I got a size: XS Petite. Perfect length as well! Won’t buy any other brand from now on!

I was scared this yoga-pant-esque waistband would have a tendancy to roll / fold in the middle, but I definitely haven't had that issue. However, if it's flipped down and cinched up tight to make sure it doesn't fall, then it starts to look a little funny. Solution is easy enough though - just to not flip it.Length: I did order the tall size, and they fit appropriately - I'm 5"10" with shorter legs and a longer torso for my height. If you're a leggy 5"10" then even these might not do the trick for you.Pockets: Nearly ideal. Double back pockets, but smallish and no velcro on the back pockets like some of the other Koi cargo pants. Large, deep hip pockets - no complants there. Only 1 cargo pocket, but it is good and large. Doesn't have the D-ring attachment or the extra V-shaped scissor pocket on the outside of the cargo pocket like some other Koi cargo scrub pants do.Fit: In comparison to other Koi pants I wear, I appreciate how these do NOT have: The needless seams around the entire leg at about knee height, and elastic drawstrings around the ankle with a plastic button-thing to tighten them. Both those things drove me batty and I'm thrilled that these pants don't include them.

These scrub pants are soft and comfortable. Material is a nice quality. It’s thick, but not overly thick. Lots of pockets. The waist band is wide and doesn’t dig or roll. The drawstring allows the pants to be tightened extra, so when putting heavier things (like a cellphone) in your pocket, it doesn’t weigh and pull your pants down. This is the only brand I buy now.

Very comfy pants with all the pockets you could ever need but they run small. A lot small. It’s crazy how you can be a large in one brand and a 2x doesn’t fit in another. Sigh. Once you finally get the right size, they’re a pretty good scrub pant.

Nice quality

These are a bit bigger on me than expected, but was torn between ordering a Medium or Large. Note that I am an apple shape so most of my weight is up top and my bum is a bit flat. They still fit and were very comfortable. I’m washing them to see if they shrink up a bit. But if I ordered again I’d probably try the Medium. I normally wear a size 12/14 UK bottom. I love wearing these just as part of a casual outfit on the weekends. I’m not working in medicine or healthcare, but I just really like comfortable pants.

Way too large but otherwise nice! I ordered a small and that fit well!
