I experienced relief from the aching in my forearms within a few minutes, and over the period of a week the numbness in my hands diminished. This is with daily wear for most of the day and sometimes at night. I am nearly normal after two weeks so I'm pretty pleased. I'm not convinced that copper has much to do with it, but I suppose it doesn't hurt. I think the braces which stabilize the wrists and allow rest is probably what is helping the inflamation to settle down and heal. I'm glad I tried these. They have been very effective for me.

This wrist brace offers good support for my wrist and is more comfortable than the wrap they gave me at the doctor. It’s comfortable enough to sleep in and easy to adjust. My pain levels are way lower than with the wrap I got at the doctor. The reason for 4 stars is because the hand part feels a bit large, but to be fair I sort of have proportionally small hands. My fingers are able to move way easier than the wrap, which is a huge plus. This is the perfect brace for lower hand and wrist injuries where you still need to type on the keyboard for work. The compression is customizable, and allows you to move your fingers as needed while providing support to your lower hand and wrist. I purchased one for my left hand and will be getting the right hand as well in case if I ever need it. Highly recommend!

I never take the time to write reviews but I thought everyone should know how comfortable, soft, lightweight, etc. this brace is! My wrist feels so much better and my hand is not going numb all the time. I only wear it at night per my P.T. Definitely would buy again!

Nice support for the price. The upper hand part (around the thumb area) is a bit loose for me but I have pretty small hands. The important part is that it limits my worst flexion and extension and a bit of supination/pronation. I can still use my fingers and thumb fully. I've been dealing with some kind of tendonitis/TFCC issue on my left hand, so this actually feels like it may help reduce the motions that cause me significant pain.

I like my new braces but I don’t understand why the left hand brace I purchased is shorter than the right hand one. The same product in the same size. Because the left hand brace is shorter, I don't have the same support. My left hand can move a lot more. I don’t feel the same support unfortunately

One of the best braces I have ever purchased. I had a severely sprained wrist and purchased one of these just to give it a try. Thank God I did. This brace works amazing. I forget I have it on and go to bed with it on. I wake up in the morning and can't believe I fell asleep. After a few days my wrist that has been hurting for weeks already feels better when I take the brace off. I keep it on just in case. That is how comfortable it is. I would highly recommend this it gives great sturdy support in the wrist but you have to comfort to keep up with every task you need. If you don't purchase this, you're a fool. Take my advice, this is the one to get!

Ya intenté ponerla de todas las formas posibles porque queda tan mal que pensé que la puse al revés pero intenté de varias formas en ambas manos y simplemente se desajusta y el hoyo del pulgar no podría estar peor hecho o más aguado
