I have suffered with running injuries in the past and have been making an effort to develop more lower body strength via squats / deadlifts etc in the gym. I saw an article where a trainer was advocating the use of these bands for unlocking and warming up various muscles / hip abductors etc for injury prevention and thought I would give it a go to see if it helps. Let's just say I'm now discovering muscles I never knew I had (ouch) For example just the simple sidestep exercise using this band has you crying for mercy towards the end of each set - insane burn targeting muscles / areas I simply don’t know how you would without this band. Very clever. It seems really well made too from a very high quality material , the logo is a nice touch and the inner banding work gives this product the look and feel of great quality! The band also stays exactly in place through the exercise as described. Also a nice touch is the workout guide pdf they email you when you purchase the product - top marks! Review: magical band - Arrived on time.. started to use it pretty much straight away .. 20 mins into a work out had to stop lol wow bottom half actually felt/ feels like it has been worked out just as much as top half feels.. the resistance is very good.
