I can certainly say after a lot of research and finally choosing this bag for my personal item handbag when traveling via international flight and trains covering five European countries, it was a great choice.It is not too big, not too small. It has a wonderful trolley sleeve and user friendly front pockets for easy access for passport/tickets when maneuvering through airports & train stations. The two exterior water bottle pockets were user friendly and held my 20oz. stainless Brita bottle perfectly. It has a beautiful baby blue satin interior.I heard about it from a travel expert on YouTube. It is one of her favorites. I actually ordered several others prior to the trip, and returned them, but did think this one was the best. After 18 day trip all over Europe, it is a winner!

Love this bag!! Unbelievable amount of pockets so roomy, yet stylish and sturdy. I got the black for winter but will be ordering the beige one for summer.

The convertible strap is a cool concept, but it doesn't work well in reality. This bag would be amazing if they just added backpack straps that could be tucked away and the shoulder strap could just function as a shoulder strap. It's not comfortable as a backpack due to the way the strap slides through the loop. Difficult to put on. I almost kept it because it's one of the only bags I've found that maxes out the Air France personal item dimensions, which has been surprisingly hard to find. However, when I packed my 13" macbook air into the bag (inside it's own sleeve, since this bag doesn't have a laptop sleeve built in), the water bottle pockets became unusable. This is a dealbreaker for me, especially when combined with the weird backpack strap issue. It's a great bag. So close to being perfect, but not quite there for me.

Love-LOVE this bag. No more water bottles tipping over in my bag with 2 outside holders! So many pocket for everything. Wipes clean.I have been searching for a bag like this forever with bottle holders built it. Buy this!!

Before I go into my review I wanted to let everyone know that the flowered print changes color depending on the light. So when I opened the box, I thought it was blue. Later in different light, the purple showed. Another time it was a light gray print.Now for the review. I wanted something for travel that could be a roomy personal item but light enough to carry as a handbag at my destination. I wasn’t sure about a soft sided bag, would it slump riding on my suitcase? The answer is no, it worked out perfectly. I wanted the cross body option but found that I used the handles just as often.The end pockets are great for the average water bottle. One of the outer pockets is perfect for my mini tablet, and on the other side are three smaller pockets, two zippered and one a slip pocket. The slip pocket is narrow and might not accommodate all phones, but it’s great for tissues or something similar. I am pleased and foresee using it for travel purposes for some years to come.
