Buy the original penny it’s worth it
I am a 34 year old woman who just got kinda fat because I ate lots of tiny cakes. So ANYWAYS I got this cute skateboard to work on my fitness and ride on smooth parking lots around my crib. It’s very good even for fat older women. It carves and fits in a backpack kind of. Wow have fun.

Good for a cruise
I'm a college student, so having a smaller skateboard is almost essential for me. The college I go to is small so I don't tend to ride it around campus much as it's just a five minute walk across campus, but nonetheless I decided to get a penny board to make the trips down to the gas station a little quicker and save gas. I really enjoyed this skateboard. It provides a nice smooth ride and doesn't get caught up in cracks unless going at the same speed of a slow walk. When using on the road, unless the road is traveled a lot, you will feel the vibrations from the non-smooth pavement. This is such with any skateboard but this one lessens the numbness you feel extremely well. I have other skateboards such as the ripstik, soleskate, and waverider. These are more abnormal skateboards so my penny board tends to be my daily driver. However, none of these other boards provide as smooth of a ride as my penny board. Whenever I have time, I'll take the board out for an hour long ride around town and it provides a nice way to enjoy the town. The wheels haven't worn down at all and the trucks are at the tightness that seems to be just right for me. Others may want to tighten or loosen them a little but I like where mine are at. There is a little wear and tear by the tail from where I've kicked the tail back to stop. I do wish it came with some optional grip tape as the plastic doesn't seem to provide enough grip when wet. The deck has a lot of bend to it so I don't feel it will break unless a lot of weight is applied.~Pros~Smooth rideGreat for a college campusPerfectly tuned trucksLots of strong bend in the deck~Cons~No grip tapeNot meant for tricks

So smooth and fast!
I got this, and it went so smoothly, and it turns very nicely. It's almost like an electric car. I love it very much!

Perfect to travel with
Pros: Portable. Light weight. Small. Easier to maneuver in tight or crowded spaces relative to a longer board. Good build quality. Waffle grip means there's no sandpaper to tear/scratch at your backpack, clothes, or shoes.Cons: Small size means less stability. Plastic board material is softer than wooden board, therefore easier to scratch/deeper grooves. Waffle style grip has less grip than sandpaper.Overall, don't think you can do much better than a longboard style like this when it comes to wanting both light weight and small foot print size. Therefore, perfect for traveling with, whether carrying in your arm, backpack, or suitcase. I also recommend installing shark wheels if you're using your board as a travel tool since it handles rougher terrain a lot better than the stock wheels they give you!

It broke. I want a refund.
It broke. The third week I go it I was rolling down a hill and a wheel cane loose and made me fall. Can’t refund because it was damaged.

Fun for every age!
I had been wanting a Penny skateboard for the past 4 years when I first played with one at Evo. I never pulled the trigger because I'm a 30+ year old mom and was realistic about how little I would actually use it. Now that my oldest is getting close enough in age to be able to ride a skateboard and I found it at a great price I finally pulled the plunge. I am a terrible skateboarder with no real steering control or exceptional balance but it's so fun to take out on family walks. My toddler lollygags so I can ride back and forth in the street next to him instead of practicing my patience walking a foot per minute. My oldest also finds it fun to chase me in the street. It's beautiful and glossy, high quality, short (careful if you have big men feet), flexible, and really easy to control if you have some experience. Very high quality and rolls fairly smooth on 50 year old Seattle streets. I have also used it on multiple occasions as a dolly to roll heavy packages into the house :) Highly recommend!

Wheels started to crumble almost immediately...
Was excited to get this board to take with me while traveling to cruise around cities without a bike / car. Got it out of the box this morning and rode it around in the basement on very smooth concrete for a few minutes to test it out and the wheels started to crumble almost immediately. I'm not sure if this is an amazon problem or a problem with all penny boards...

Great cruiser
Daughter loves it and it’s just what she wanted - it has lost a bit of glossiness with lists of use. Wheels have yellowed but expected

Nice, only thing is couldn't register for lifetime warranty what Penny advertises. And when I asked about it no one replied

Good product- bad packaging
Rides nice, I had to tweak it slightly with my skate board tool. The packaging was crap! Massive parcel with about 5 kilograms of paper for a skate board! But good product

Really good beginner board
It is really easy to learn to start cruising and learning to go round corners as it has nice trucks on it. If you're wanting to learn trick it is way to small to do this .
