Signature (New 2020 3 Preset Version- No Light Button) Replacement Remote for Adjustable Bed

I am very pleased and thankful for this replacement remote. Directions for programming were clear and accurate - and the first try was successful, (especially since I am not a technical person.) Thank you for making this available, and also for shipping it so quickly.

I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. My bed is 20 years old and the remote gave out. Fortunately the bed was only slightly elevated. When I googled the remote name, this site came up and I thought it was worth a try. It came yesterday upgraded to first class postage by Matt at no extra charge rather than the ground parcel I'd selected on Amazon. I hurriedly put the batteries in without reading the directions and was dismayed to discover it didn't work. Then my husband read the directions and said it had to be programmed. Fortunately that worked by simply unplugging the bed and pushing the correct buttons. It's good to know that Matt has products that make obsolete things work again. Quick service, easy-to-follow instructions! I give his small family business the highest recommendation possible.

This was our second pool cover. It is very heavy. Compared to the first cover we bought. It wad Almost impossible to roll up by oneself.

I was both surprised and pleased with the very rapid delivery of this item. The set up instructions were clear and simple,and the set up was flawless. It has been a few months and the operation has been reliable. All the functions still work as expected.

I had my remote very quickly and there were instructions on how to set it up. Since my bed was stuck in an upright position and had to sleep in, I was very grateful to receive it and get my bed working quickly. Hopefully I won't drop this one on my hard floor.

The instructions provided on how to program buttons are very sketchy.

it is not cheap for a remote control but my articulated bed was no more useful since my original remote stop working.

The "Replacement" remote hasn't worked, it could not be paired with the adjustable bed as expected. I have been in conversation with the supplier and with the device manufacturer to no avail. This has proven to be a frustrating and time consuming experience as I am about to return the remote and expect a refund. Just another case of "Global Replacement" gone wrong......! As an aside the supplier was very helpful and forthcoming. The remote arrived promptly and with the instruction necessary to pair the device but with the results as described above, Cheers to Salt Lake (Mark).

I bought this and kept it in reserve until my old one became unreliable. It was so easy to program using the quick method. Power off 30 seconds, press the two appropriate buttons simultaneously and you're done. It is a more user friendly version than the original and I and thrilled to have confidence in my bed again.
