Compact Smart Charger Base with LCD Screen

I bought this for my Sony NP-NZ100 batteries and it worked only a couple times now when use it it only goes up 1-2 % overnight, plugged it in at 10% and the next morning only read 12% in about 10 hours

I left this charger plugged in overnight with a Green Extreme GX-NP-FW50 rechargeable battery pack (replaces Sony NP-FW50) inserted. The battery charge never went beyond 85% charged. Plugging in overnight. All parts were double-checked as being correctly assembled and the battery properly inserted into the charging station, but the problem persisted. As well, when I plug this into an outlet it appears to start charging the battery, but then the display goes blank, so it stops charging. This product was included as part of a camera bundle so I didn't opt to buy it on its own, and I'd recommend against anyone else buying it.

These charges are quick and show me how much charge is left in my batteries. I've replaced all my OEM camera chargers with this one.

I have three bases and two plates for Nikon EN-EL15 batteries. On any given day any combination will cycle on and off while charging. Sometimes they will eventually charge the batter (taking all night to do so) but other times they never will charge. And the most frustrating thing - the charger+plate combination that doesn't work today might work tomorrow. Then again it might not. Adding to the frustration is the lack of a way to reach out to the manufacturer for assistance. Perhaps they'll be reading reviews of their products.
