Quarter of a tablet?
Very odd. Arrived and the stated dosage is a quarter of a tablet daily. The tablets are not breakable. It is packaged and labelled for a Polish market so much of the information is unreadable.

WATCH OUT IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE ! ! ! ! otherwise absolutely would recommend
There is no doubt that this product does what it should. I was happier, chattier, more alert and full of energy. It arrived in good time and when I asked about ingredients, the supplier was quick to answer me and send me a full breakdown.BUT, I know I am sensitive to medication so was cautious when taking it and stated on only half of the recommended dose. The first day I very quickly felt the effects and was pleased that I didn't seem to have any downsides. I slept reasonably well and so the next day knowing that I have to be careful, tried to take slightly less.I would just like to say at this point, that due to the size of the tablets and the recommended dose (also not to be crushed) taking any less is pretty difficult.I felt good again the second day but did not sleep a wink. Had a night of palpitations, flushing hot and cold and at one point was worried that I may even have a heart attack!!. The third day I drank enough liquid to fill a swimming pool to try and flush it out of my system but again did not sleep. So, I am nor pretty knackered, still feeling the effects and worried that again I may not sleep.I thought I had done my research properly. Nowhere in all the articles I have read did it mention increased heart rate. But I had not read any reviews. So my fault completely. I know this product does not affect some people at all but for those of you that it does just please be careful. And also, it might be sensible if the suppliers of this type of medication warn properly against serious side effects.
