My Coach told me to use a tennis ball, sit on the floor, and roll up and down it to soothe my muscles. I could have done this but I got what was needed, we need to massage those muscles to avoid the pain. This device is fantastically built, solid, and elegant and you can roll it up and down any body muscles, even the back. It has helped me immensely as a mature tennis player and I use it after play and then I do not have any pain. A class act, beautifully made with great thought. Thank you!

Works well. Does pull at hairs on my legs a bit! But no pain no gain.

So easy to use as it is small and can be left out where it's useful. I have very tight muscles on one leg and often find it bothers me in the evenings, but now I can have a 5 minute session with the roller whilst sitting on the sofa! Great product. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I wanted

At minimum need retention screws on the handles, would be better if each wheel was on a good quality sealed bearing and the wheels can pinch clothes, hair and skin but it’s unclear if that is due to everything freely sliding up and down the bar which could be fixed with the for-mentioned retention screws. Otherwise it’s a good concept and aids with massaging some areas I have issue with when using other massage tools

Arrived on time. Been using a much larger one to help massage my hamstring. Bought this on recommendation from my physio and have found it to be really good and helpful in treating a very localised area.

The roller is well designed and constructed and easy to use. I use it for massaging lower back and leg muscles.
