Sysrack will never get a dime out of me every again.
Sysrack is my introduction into the server rack world outside of my occupation in IT however this purchase will be my last with then. Assembling this was actually painful. It took 3 collegiate graduates 2 days to get this assembled due to a combination of abysmal instructions and poor build quality.Let me start by saying if they had put half the effort into their product as they put into shipping it securely things may have been different.* the instructions contain a few pages of terrible photos that are difficult to see the details of, with a handful of words in broken English. Those same pictures don't always match the product you received*the threading on several parts was poor, making for difficult Assembly.*we had to take a mallet an bend back certain parts that were warped.*there were parts, the shelf for example which contained no instructions what so ever. Other parts were left over an never mentioned In the manual leaving me scratching my head*The screws supplied and referenced in the instructions were mislabeled*The website shows entirely different photos in reference to the productsI could go on, but it's a metal shelf basically. How hard could this be to get right?

Works perfect and has some features that are valuable
Perfect for all of our facility and studio networking. Especially when we can have security and communications, computing, NAS storage and especially our I/O interfacing, processing and rendering systems all in a single place — with the removable fin panels at the bottom, a central AC unit can easily be installed to keep the unit cool. It’s not quiet tho. I’d really like quieter fans and may look into that— having the unit in the editing suite / studio isn’t the best place for it but in a home office environment, in a post Covid world, when we are required to work from home, this is what we get in a living room converted to a studio— I may put in walls and create a closet— we will see.Otherwise, this unit is perfect for our needs and is well built. The wheels are also very well built and help the cabinet move when needed… it can also be stationary with the lifters next to the castors.
