Excellent. Works well. Pleasant smell. Not greasy.
I own a stainless steel scraper. This is THE massage cream my DPT uses.I was using coconut oil at home but it didn’t work very well. Tried lotion also which didn’t work either. This is an excellent product. As I mentioned above, it is the one my physical therapist uses. It is not greasy and has a pleasant smell.I did not want to spend the money on this but am very happy I did. A tiny bit goes a long way! Would be helpful for massage too. What is scraping? It’s something my physical therapist does that helps with fascial restriction, scar tissue, adhesions and helps loosen trigger points. I wouldn’t have tried scraping on my own. I was taught how to do it by a professional. Note: some people refer to PT scrapers as a Gua Sha Muscle Scraping Tool or Scar Tissue Tool.

it works
This is exactly what my knee rehab trainer uses, and it's great stuff. Was able to "scrape" a sore ITBand down and movingmuch better now after a TKR.

Favorite IASTM emollient
I appreciate how this emollient enhances my IASTM sessions. It works great with my tools and is incredibly smooth for gliding, making treatments effective and comfortable. Plus, it’s long-lasting so I’m not constantly reapplying. It is also my preferred emollient for massage therapy.

Effective but not sticky
After having this done on a scar by a therapist, I use this with gua sha stones for muscle knots, scars, or tight areas. The cream is unscented but absorbs in the skin without leaving a sticky residue. A little bit goes a long way and after months I'm still not done with this container.

It's good. But I like RockRub better.
The title sums it up. I've used rockrub for years but had to try something new because of the recent shortage. This stuff is good, don't get me wrong. And I very much appreciate that there's fewer chemicals in it than some of the other options out there. This stuff will work and I'm sure it'll last me a long time (great value!) but IMHO it's about 70% as good as rockrub in terms of viscosity/consistency and absorbency and the sheer fact this still has some chemicals in it. Will be buying rockrub when I run out of this (assuming it's available!). But no need to trash this at all. It's good, just not great.

Good Stuff for At-Home Manual Therapy
My family is very active, and I serve as sports therapy specialist most days. This product isn’t greasy or irritating and it lasts the duration of time needed to finish working on whatever muscle I am working on.

Perfect for massages
I love this massage cream so much! My sweet husband uses it to give me feet and leg massages after a long day and it's perfect. A little goes a long way and it doesn't leave your skin super greasy at all. I also love that it doesn't have a scent! We've repurchased 4 times!

Great product
PT uses a similar product on me when I visit. I got this to try to work on my knee when I’m at home. I like the way this feels when you put it on. It helps my knee feel better in between PT visits. It is great as a moisturizer as well. I like that it doesn’t have a strong smell
