This product arrived inoperable. The packaging was inappropriate for the type of item and may or may not have been miss handled during shipping. No external damage was visible so I am leaning towards defective from the start. It is disappointing as a previous purchase of the same brand/model was of a higher quality.Does not appear that a refund can be obtained either. If so, they sure make it difficult to find. Will not attempt to purchase this item again and will be sure to stay far from this seller. Appreciate being ripped off!!! Have a wonderful day

Does not last long
