Q: Does it fit under skinny jeans?

Yes they do, and they are AWESOME! I bought for myself and my 91 yo Mom as well. And just bought a couple more pairs.

Q: Do you have a size chart?

Don't trust that size chart. I could tell immediately the ones they have are wrong, and all of the reviews I have read are complaining about the size charts.

Q: Wear size 14 jeans. What size should I order of these?

I normally wear a size 10 and I purchased them in a large. My suggestion to you would be take a look at the size chart. Maybe an xl or 2x. Better be safe than sorry. Hope that this helps.
