Perfect for Office
I love my mat as it is easy to use at my desk, and when I get the opportunity to stand and just do calls, it makes it more comfortable and reduces the pain of my sciatic nerve. When I need to sit, I just lift the mat and lean it against my wall. If I need to move it, then it is very easy to do with my foot to get it in the right position. I love that I can stretch my legs as well with the wedge in the back.

Really really like this mat
The mat is very comfortable for standing for long periods. All the bumps and lumps on it are kind of cool. Bottom line is I would definitely buy it again. Only complaint is that it moves around a lot so I'm adjusting it several times during the day. I put some rug pad under it to improve, but would be nice if it had some kind of pad on the bottom to keep it from sliding around

Right soft/firm balance, easy to adopt different stances
Using this with a standing desk on a tile floor. The mat is very comfortable barefoot or with shoes. Versatile - can adopt lots of different stances and keep moving while working. Easy to rotate and move with my feet, without bending over. I like this product.

Makes me more likely to use my standing desk
I've had this product for a few months now and I do really enjoy the attachments that increase my probability for moving around. The little massage balls feel nice and I like the calf stretching capabilities. It does make it easier to stand for most of the day if that's what I decide to do. Nice amount of padding and one of my coworkers bought one immediately afters seeing mine.

I'm less tired after a day at the computer
So easy to put together and wonderful to use. I have a laptop and a 2nd monitor on the desk and there is plenty of more room. I don't know what I did without this! I start my day standing and sit for the last couple of hours. I find I have so much more energy at the end of the work day.
