925 Sterling Silver Celtic Knot Heart Shaped Fire Opal Wedding Engagement Ring

This ring was a great purchase for me. I have another wedding ring that is opal, but I have lost weight and it slides off easily. I bought this celtic knot, stainless steel, opal ring in a smaller size, so I could go swimming and not have it fall off. The opal is very sparkly and the stainless steel looks like silver. I am a painter and crafter, so I use my hands a lot. Wearing my ring is important to me, but I didn't pay much for this one and I can still do my thing without worrying that I am going to ruin it. Turning your finger green - this ring doesn't do that. My husband was so pleased when he saw it.

I bought this ring as a memorial to a dear friend who recently passed. She would have loved it and I did to. But one month and 4 days after I received it, which was 6 days after the return window expired, the stone fell out. No idea where it is. I wore it maybe 4 times and am heartbroken.

The other rings I’m wearing are 925 silver and I hope the picture shows the difference. The opal ring is much darker. It is not shiny silver. But the stone is really, really pretty. I’m going to wear it a couple weeks before my return window is up and see how it holds up.

Now full disclaimer I received this not to long ago. I love it because it's comfortable. It's very pretty. And I live how it hasn't made my finger green yet. I bought 2 of these in case one goes bad I have a backup. The fit is fabulous! And I love the quality. If you didn't tell anyone I don't hunk they would know this came from Amazon. That is a compliment.

The quality is great

I received this ring on a Monday and by Friday the stone was missing. I’m just gonna take the hit because I don’t want another one. Once I received it I just didn’t feel it looked very secure. I only had it for five days. I tried to return it, but the place that they want me to return it to is too far away so again I will just take the hit. Bummer.

Beautiful ring but after I cleaned it, using my ultrasonic machine, the silver turned grayish color. I then tried using a silver cleaning paste and still, the silver was not restored. I don’t think it’s real 925 silver. Typically there would be a 925 stamp inside the ring and I’m not seeing a stamp. It’s still a pretty stone and I like the design, but the silver now looks dirty and dull. You can see the difference in the photo as it’s next to a true 925 silver ring.
