This book is hilarious! The main characters are actually the authors pets and there are photos of them . This book is small not many pages or words but extremely entertaining and silly. Definitely worth the price.

My 3 year old daughter loves this book! It’s a funny take on the classic King Kong story. I appreciate at the beginning of the book it tells readers that these are the authors pets and no animals were harmed making this story. This story has a very movie type beginning with “credits” showing the animal stars. It’s a very creative book that really seems to make a young mind think. I used this to explain a lot about acting and pretend to my 3 year old. Awesome book!

This was my youngest son favorite book over 30 years ago. Still have the book & my Grandson loves it. I’m now buying this book as gifts.

Read this as a kid and repurchased for my daughter who recently showed some interest in Godzilla with the new movie. Cute story and pictures. -1 star due to the size-the book feels small and should be a bit larger in my opinion

I had this as a child abd had to buy it for my son. It was just as fun and he loved it.

I liked it cause it’s a King Kong parody and very funny. It’s got funny jokes and instead of “It Was Beauty Killed The Beast “, “It Was Curiosity That Killed The Cat”. 🤣

If your kids love Dav Pilkey, they'll love this! I've bought for my 6 year old who's read all the Dogman books and is working his way through Captain Underpants! This book is a lot shorter, but very funny. I've just read it and laughed out loud several times ;-)
