Great Strings
I bought these for my wife's blacktop strat and they look great on it. But since the look is really just secondary - the sound and more importantly the lifespan of the strings have both exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is better then the stock fender strings that came with the guitar. The coating seems to help extend the life of the strings, my wife has about 30 hours on them now and the tone still is like a new set of strings. Just a note about the color, after a period of time you will notice some of the color fading out (for us its in the strum area) on the g,b, and high e strings - but the feel hasn't changed, so I think the coating is still there just the color is coming out due to the abuse.

Pink strings rock.
Neon pink - blacklight ready on a pink guitar is a cool look! I put these on my daughter's electric as a surprise and she loved it. At her beginning skillset, she's not a string connoisseur, so looks are the most important to her. They hold tuning well and sound good for what she's playing. The coating will wear off after a month of use, set your expectations. But I'd put these back on her guitar again.

More novelty than practical
The do look cool but feel very rubbery compared to other brands that aren’t coated. The color chips off very quickly! They are more novelty than practical, but they are cute!

The Sound and The Feel but the coating…
The media could not be loaded. If you watch the video I posted, you can see that these are decent strings. Granted, I almost always play two gauges thicker than these (11-52) so they are much lighter than I’m accustomed to but they feel pretty good to me. The colored coating does seem to degrade somewhat easily but they still look good for now.The video is of a fingering exercise (No Amp) I wrote to work on shifting between different playing styles (strumming, finger picking, harmonics and harmony chords etc.) and you can hear they’re quite bright and there doesn’t seem to be any noticeable muffling of the tone or sustain, nor have they negatively impacted the action for my movement across the fretboard. I don’t know how long the pink coating will last, but I bought them for aesthetic purposes to use in YouTube and TikTok videos anyways. So, as long as I get a few songs use out of them, I’ll be happy. 8 outta 10 would buy again…Probably.

Not recommended
They suck. All the color came off & they're hard to keep in tune.... I even bought a second set just to make sure. 🙃

Shockingly good strings feel smooth to play.
Great strings to dress up your guitar for gigs and parties, sounded really good, played well and lasted the test of daily play and gigging.Great Value, Would buy again .I bought a pack of neon green and a pack of neon pink and mixed to make two sets for the pictured guitar.

Not What I Expected.
I have seen these strings on other guitars and always thought it would be cool to put on my purple Strat. I should have read the reviews. The color stared flaking the moment I put them on. Also they are very stiff and give me a percussive tone which is ok for a little while. I can’t return but I can see these won’t be on too long. The E and B strings are flaking the most. I am ordering a new set, I had a tech put them on so it was waisted money.
