It's a similar style of illustration to the Rider Waite deck, but this one has a three of staffs instead of a 3 of wands

Ms Cleo developed colon cancer, which eventually spread. She died following a long illness on July 26, 2016, at age 53.

Q: Are they a full size deck?

Yes, they are a full-size deck. I have a few tarot card decks and this one I find easy to relate to the symbols. I will use this deck to further my learning on tarot reading. It is worth the price.
