I have been trying to get my iron up for about a year and a half or so. And this is the first time I’ve had a six month jump of a significant amount! I went from 19 to 26. Recommend product ! Had blood work done found low in iron.. Started taking one a day and assume my iron levels are improved . Bc can’t afford to get retested. Assurances that you will have no Gastrointestinal issues!

They worked but they smell terrible and taste worse.
