Very comfortable sleeve for wearing UNDER a brace
A few months ago I had the nightmare occur... "POP" + "OUCH" and after an MRI discovered that while I (thankfully) hadn't injured my ACL... I did have a "lovely" tear in my meniscus. Due to timing I really couldn't schedule the surgery to clean up the damage and opted for a steroid injection and brace to avoid suffering for the next few months. After the first few days of wearing my brace I realized that I had some spots causing discomfort and set out to get a compression sleeve to wear under the brace. Well this one did a wonderful job in my opinion. I have had no difficulty wearing my brace for the entire day and when I take it off before going to bed I no longer have irritation spots from it. I did give 4/5 stars for stability primarily because the brace provided exactly what >> I << wanted (a sleeve to prevent irritation from a brace). Never having worn a sleeve like this I felt that I couldn't exactly say I felt any sort of "stability" from the sleeve, but it does have some regions on the top and bottom that keep it from moving at all (though with a brace like mine clamped down on the sleeve I wouldn't expect anything to move). I subtracted the one star ONLY because I didn't want someone who needed some sort of stability (lateral, rotational, etc.) to think this was the perfect sleeve. I may amend that after doing some additional research. The product arrived EXACTLY when I expected (marvels of Prime delivery). I can't comment on customer service as I haven't needed to interact with the company/supplier at all. Would I purchase it again? Absolutely. I found it VERY reasonably priced and has performed well for the time that I have had it (exactly one week).

Perfect sleeves!
These compression sleeves are really great. I work grocery so I'm on and off my knees, up and down all day long so I needed something that would help with the throbbing pain after work. These sleeves did the trick! They stay in place and don't slip up or down after an 8 hour shift, they breathe really well so its not sticky or uncomfortable by the end of the day. For me they start about 4 inches above my knee and go down to the middle of my calf so it even helps with calf strain. The material is really sturdy, no fraying or pilling and they hold up well in the wash. I wouldn't recommend tumble drying because of the silicone type material inside the sleeves that keep them from slipping so hang them up to dry instead. I can really tell a difference after just a day or two of wearing these that my knees and muscles are straining way less when getting up and down. The one and only thing I don't like is that the top part above my knee is pretty tight (which it has to be to compress) but it sucks in the skin around the knee so when I am wearing jeans over them you can see an indentation and it looks kind of funny, like you got a muffin top able your knee haha. I even had a great experience with the company. With other knee sleeves I usually have to purchase a size large because I have big calves, well instinctively I ordered large for both knees and when they arrived they were way too big for me so I contacted the company for an exchange. They got back to me the same day and offered to ship me the corrected size at no cost. They even let me keep the larger size to pass on, which I did to my coworker and he loves them. The corrected size came out within 2 days and they fit perfect. I can't say enough nice things about this company and the sleeves. Definitely give them a try!

It seems to help so far
I have had both knees cut and half the cartilage taken out of them. That was done 23 and 33 years ago related to injuries that occurred when I was in my teens. My left knee (33 years ago) has started to tear some more and arthritis has set in. I tried a wrap around with Velcro device which worked some but not great. I'm retired and play golf 3 times a week, walking the course. My knee would be stiff and aching part-way through the round and quite painful by the end. I have worn this a few times so far and the pain and stiffness is significantly reduced. I'm not limping halfway through the round. I measured my thigh about 4-5" above my knee and came in at 17". The recommendation is 14.5-17" takes a "small and 17-19.5" a medium, putting me on the bubble of the two sizes. I went with the small and think it may be a little too tight, but can't say, not having the next size up to compare it to. I gave it a total of 4 stars because of the fit but rated the individual categories 5 because it does offer good support, stability and a 4 on range of motion because it may be a bit too tight. However, all-in-all, I am satisfied so far.

Excellent Knee Brace-Great Support
Purchased the Sox compression knee brace and found it to be true to size. I am 5'-9" 150 lbs and run 20 miles a week. My thigh circumference is slightly over 18". I got a medium and it fits well. I am 64 years old and have been running since high school. Currently, I run about 20 miles a week. The past few years, I have been having left knee pain, especially during cold weather. This is my first knee brace. What a difference! I wish I would have tried a knee brace 5 years ago...it will definitely extend my running career. The Sox brace provides good support and does not slip during my runs. I have worn it under compression running pants and polartek running pants in 20-35 degree weather. It keeps my knee warm and the support it provides has eliminated my knee pain. I am very pleased with the brace.

Game changer
I ordered this because I did ballet & modern dance for years and screwed up my knees. I have very bad osteoarthritis in both. Recently I was told I'm extremely vitamin D deficient. So I'm dealing with extreme inflammation and painful joints everywhere plus no energy. I've gained weight and trying to even do the dishes caused me so much pain. My knee would sometimes buckle. And there are only two of us and we have a dishwasher. I'm not even 50. So I decided to try a knee brace. I put this one on my worst feeling knee and I was able to take down my outside Christmas lights all by myself! I got up on a step ladder and got down it no problem. In one day is it's been a massive improvement. I just ordered one for my other knee. I measured my thigh above my knee and it's about 22 inches. Geez I'm huge. But anyway the XL fits perfectly and so far isn't irritating my epically sensitive lily white Irish skin. I think tomorrow my husband and I will go hiking!! With these knee braces and compression socks I'll be able to actually walk! I'm excited! Spring cleaning and a fit body are coming my way! I'm hopeful. Also it's nice to be able to stand up without wanting to curse like a sailor due to the pain.

Great Fit, worked, now it rolls down.
This sleeve worked for about 2 months. Then it started rolling down from top. Now they don't even stay up. Very disappointing because at first they were fantastic. So, if you are only looking for a couple of months use, then these will work. My review a month after purchase: I got this for a small tear in my meniscus because my orthopedist said a compression-type brace would be best for the healing period. It also helps with arthritis. I barely feel it on even though the top/bottom elastics hug my leg. I don't feel like my blood flow is being cut-off and have no numbing sensations as with other products. I love the fit and feel so much I bought another one for my other knee and have already recommended it to 2 Senior Citizens (of which I am not). I am able to walk further distances and stand a little longer now. A month later...the sleeve is starting the usual "top roll" as it stretches out. It's not as bad as other sleeves I've used, but it is a bummer. Still, this product continues to give enough support and compression that I am no longer developing fluid on my knee.

Great no pain while I run
I really like these Compression Sleeves!! They are great for walking, doing your daily activities or running! I purchased them specifically for running do to my missing cartilage in both of my knees. I’ve tore both ACL’s, both medial meniscus, an MCL and an LCL. I’ve gotten surgery but I still feel pain while I run and sometimes on days I over dye myself. I personally only wear these when I run so my knees don’t have pain! And it works! I wouldn’t recommend these for bike riding everything else is a go though. The only downfall I could say about these is that when you sweat it makes your leg itchy after you take them off but that’s a given I knew that was going to happen since I have really hairy legs lol...It doesn’t really bother me though. This is a great company to work with as well! I had one sleeve that was slipping off and felt a bit ‘loose’ at times. I told them this and they sent me a complete new one!! That’s great customer service if you ask me! Overall I like this product and I would be a returning customer in the future if I need something else like this. I was also not paid to do this review at all. I purchased two knees sleeves from them at the same time. Also I’m a 23 year old male if it helps anybody. BUENA RODILLERA
BUENA RODILLERA, PERO COMO TODAS SIEMPRE TIENEN EL DEFECTO DE DISEÑAO DE DETRÁS DE LA ROTULA, ES DECIR CUANDO ARTICULAMOS KA RODILLA EL BULTO QUE SE PRODUCE DE ATRÁS...MOLESTA...DEBERÍAN HABER EVITADO ESTE PROBLEMA...

Colour is not 100% true to photo
It does what it is suppose to do. The true colour of the knee brace has no thicker blaxk on in the photo
