Incredible and beautiful product!
Incredible product! It is powerful and it's screen is beautiful! I think Dell could improve in the build quality. The XPS has some rough edges where the aluminum ends and the carbon fiber palmrest begins.

Worst electronics experience of my life
When I received this laptop it was in a very rough shape and the touchpad wasn’t working properly and neither was the power button. So I contacted dell support and they were very useless as every time they came and fixed the laptop they left it with more problems than before. And when I asked them for a refund they just stopped responding and this has been going on for more than one year and a couple of day ago the laptop just stopped working and I’ve barely used it.

Sleek design and quick daily runner
Lovely design, light and smartly angular with a high-quality finish. The screen is sharp and colours vibrant and intense, and the specs are enough that this little laptop flies through day-to-day tasks with ease. If I had one gripe it’s that the battery life isn’t as good as I might like, but I guess that’s the trade-off for having the 4K screen.

A supurb little machine
Replacing my huge Dell Precision with a notebook was a risk, but I'm not sorry. The screen is brilliant and clear, the keyboard for my big hands is just about ok. It's my go-to for video on the move now rather than my iPad as the screen and sound are both excellent. And it's fast. Boy is it fast.

Sluggish with random trackpad phantom touches
Coming from an i5 surface pro 4 i felt this should have been better than how it turned out,It never really felt like an upgrade and if anything was more like an expensive backwards step.I experienced phantom touches with the trackpad constantly and it felt sluggish, everything just felt a little less fluid.The battery life is great, i could get about 9 hours away from a charger at work and the screen looks great and works well, also the design, it just looks so good.I wasn't impressed and have gone back to a surface device.

Love it
Awesome machine. Very happy with it overall. Great performance, screen is brilliant.One annoying bit is dell’s maxx Audio rubbish which makes switching audio devices annoying. Unfortunately you can’t get rid off it.
