Prior to ordering this piece I wasn't really satisfied with the results that I was getting from my machine. I never saw any dead skin being sucked out in the filter and never really felt like it was doing much to my skin. Immediately after ordering and using this piece, I instantly saw all of the dead skin that was caught in the filter. This piece also buffs and smooths the skin, leaving it feeling smooth and even. If you do not order this piece, the machine is really going to be useless. The only downside is that it seems to be almost a single-use item.
