I strictly purchased this machine because I was tired of drink regular coffee made from Nescafe and Bru powder coffee. And to be frank a good cup of coffee at a coffee shop isn't cheap. And I wasn’t amongst those who purchase bean and roast it themselves and froth milk separately coz i am too lazy to do that. So after a lot of research and reviews I decided to purchase this machine.ABOUT MACHINEIts easy to operate, the manual lays down simple instructions to make Espresso, Lungo, Cappuccino, Latte and Cold Coffee. All you need is coffee pod, water and milk and the machine do the rest. Just plug in the machine, wait for 2-3 mins for it to come online and then you are ready to go.EASE OF USEFill the water tank, add milk in frother, froth the milk first and add it in coffee mug, insert the coffee pod in machine and choose between the option Espresso and Lungo to your taste. Once done, the pod gets disposed to capsule bin. Its easy to use and maintain.TASTE OF COFFEEDepending on your flavour profile use Coffeeza Classico coffee pod If you are looking for mild coffee with balanced taste. Best if you are making milk-based coffee.Use Coffeeza Intenso if you are looking for caffeine kick with bitter coffee taste. Best if you are making Espresso or Lungo.You can also use Nespresso Nestle Coffee Pods with the machine, even though they are expensive compared to Coffeeza Coffee pods but worth every penny when it comes to taste. I recommend you start with Nespresso Arpeggio pod, its perfectly balanced for milk-based coffees.TIP 1: Add 10 ml of cream with milk in frother for rich froth and taste.TIP 2: Add 1-2 drop of Vanilla of Saffron essence in milk before frothing to make fancy coffee.VALUE FOR MONEYConsidering other options available in pod machine, I believe this is the best option. You can use Nespresso, Coffeeza and other coffee pods depending upon your coffee preference and pocket. The machine makes excellent tasting coffee like in professional cafes in the comfort of your home. Adding price of a coffee pod+milk and you'll still get more bang for your buck.I highly recommend this machine after using it for more than 2 months.

The media could not be loaded. Unexpectedly broke down before machine completes it's 1st year. It's hardly been used on daily basis.This is really sad when we decide to invest our hard earned money on a good coffee machine and it turn out like this. And even more disappointing when the company dsnt ve any service centre anywhere in the country except Goa. (Means we ve to sens them our machine on our cost.. they will check and then they let you abt it). In our case they offered us to buy a new one in half MRP. Imean seriously!Really regretting my decision now. Such a waste of money. So disappointed!

Writing this review after 4 months of use. The unit itself is well designed and well built. It's compatible with most Nespresso type capsules and does a good job of dispensing espressos and Lungos. The frothing unit could use some improvement. Seems to very sensitive to the milk type and temperature. Frequent spills when running the frothing function is fairly common. Cleaning up the mess is a bit of a pain.However, I have been most impressed with their customer service. The 1st unit developed a problem when of the touch buttons stopped working. I got in touch with their support team who were extremely supportive and helpful . After a short investigation a new unit was dispatched in a few days and a pick up of the old unit was arranged. All done with minimal fuss and calling.With a few improvement to their units and continued effort on their customer service this product is a good value purchase of Indian coffee lovers.Well done!

The media could not be loaded. I recently brought two Coffeeza machines: one for my home and the other for office. And I must say it’s an exceptional piece of art. I can't start my day without a good cup of coffee. Now I can enjoy my own barista-style coffee at the touch of a button. And let me tell you this makes the best coffee I have ever tasted so far. So, from now onwards no waiting in queues to get my hands on a decent cup. I couldn’t resist myself to share my experience about this beautiful machine. The sleek design hardly occupies any space on the counter. The coffee dispenses at 19 bar pressure which provides the desired authentic Italian taste. I love the ease of preparation and quality of froth prepared by the inbuilt milk frother.So far, I have enjoyed Americano, Latte, & my all-time favourite cappuccino😍. This review comes quite late but it’s been 2.5 years since I bought this machine , in which it has been replaced once under warranty. When it works , the coffee is good but it has been giving me persistent problems . Plus the milk frother breaks very very easily. I have replaced it three times Spending 500 Bucks each time! The company needs to take care of these problems as the machine does not come cheap

So I was looking for some coffee machines earlier, and came across this one. I was quite impressed with the pricing and the appearance, so I decided to order it.It's a machine with unbelievable value, since it offers features which other machines offer at 3-4 times the cost.The espresso works as would normally - a 30 ml coffee shot comes out perfectly well, steaming hot (even if you've entered water at room temperature).If you have certain preferences in terms of coffee pods, you can even buy Nespresso pods, which are compatible with this machine.The milk frother is just so nice and smooth to watch that I just don't want the machine to stop doing the frothing :)Over time, will try out the other modes and update the review.For now, a clear 5 stars from my end!
