Build quality is pretty bad. No UL certification and it can get warm. But it works!

It was to short to make full contact in my Canon EOS M. Had to trim the plastic around the connection piece but once I did that it has worked every since. I used a razor knife to get a clean cut, but be carefull if you choose this route.

This worked perfectly on both my EOS M and EOS M2. I haven't had any issues of any kind.The length of the cord that connects to the square part of the adapter is about 5" or 1.5 meters.There were some people posting that this cord was too short, or that they had issues with the battery indicator blinking red. This hasn't happened for me, and everything works as expected.Using Firmware 2.0.2 on the EOS M, and 1.0.2 on the EOS M2

There is a persistent buzz coming from the transformer which makes me uneasy.Also, it often does not power the camera unless I hit it a couple of times and re-seat the cable in the camera.The saying goes "you get what you pay for" but when it come to something as simple as an a/c power cord...I'm not sure I did...

Happy with my purchase. just what I expected while ordering it :-)Works as expected. For no money at all.No complaints.

Doesn't work due to poor design and cheap quality. The power plug that inserts into the battery pack does not fit when the camera's battery compartment door is closed, which means nothing works, because the battery compartment door must be closed for the camera to operate. This is a very cheap design and a useless product. Don't waste your money or time on this.

Used this with an EOS-M to do a 36 hour time lapse of snow falling. Worked perfectly.

Definitely works with my Canon EOS-M.
