It's complete rubbish!!! Don't waste your money. It shrunk after the first 40° wash & is now totally unusable. Now outside the returns window & seller won't return my emails - completely unfit for purpose 😡 **Q: Is the elasticated part of the sheet also 400TC cotton? Or is it another type of stretchy material please** A: The complete sheet is 400TC. There is just a thin elasticated material stitched into the edge which ticks under the mattress. So all 400TC. **Q: does this sheet shrink in the wash?** A: I can’t answer as I was sent linen zone instead of divine textiles **Q: Is it fully elasticated or just on the corners?** A: Hi its only corner elasticated each corner is 36 inch ealasticated. I bought it thinking it would easily fit my deep mattress (which I also have a mattress topper on) with some room to spare. Sadly it shrunk quite considerably when I washed it and now it's extremely tight.
