Quality and Looks !!!
So much nicer than the ones I purchased at the big fancy home store. Easy to install and use . The wand turns much more smoothly than my older ones. Bought this same brand last summer for my airbnb & they survived my crazy renters nicely. Very hapoy with them !!!!

Quality
Gave it a five star because they are well made. My preference is to have a draw string to raise them but they look nice and work well.

Decent blinds for the price point
I ordered 21 blinds. 18 of 1 size & 3 others for various sizes (kitchen window, back door and attic window). Only 2 out of the order were damaged so considering all the comments about damage I guess I did pretty good. Every box also had all hardware, screws and brackets needed to install.Pros:1) The blinds “look” like high end blinds. Your friends will never know they aren’t.2) The lift up and pull down feels good on all units and holds the weight of the blinds at any height.3) Easy to install - inside mount is just 3 screws per bracket and then pop the blinds in and mount the valence and rod.Cons:1) Prepare yourself mentally (not that this is actually possible) for the smell that will overtake your nose when you open the box. The blinds are “odor-free” but there is a horrific smell at the start that will go away in about an hour or so. I work in plastics extrusion and have kids… this smelled horrible.2) 1 of 18 - the twist rod wouldn’t open or close (not up or down but the angle of the blades) the blinds. I found that the little metal bar wasn’t pushed through the twist “screw” part at top left of unit. I was able to fix easily but had to take the blind back down to do it.3) 1 of 18 - the blinds wouldn’t close all the way down (not up or down but the angle of the blades). 1 of the strings in the middle was too tight. I had to adjust the little metal clamp on the top end of this string to allow blinds to close fully. Not hard to do but was a little tedious due to small parts. Also had to take this blind down to adjust several times.4) Almost all of the valences had some kind of very dirty greasy looking small spots on them that was very difficult to clean off. I ended up hitting a few of them with furniture touch up paint to cover some of the spots I couldn’t get off completely.5) my windows are about 1/2 inch wider than the blinds - the valence doesn’t completely cover the top mount bracket due to this but that’s just me being picky.Time saving tips (after having installed 21 of these):1) open the boxes outside or in the garage - run away quickly for about 20 mins to avoid nausea2) before starting to install fully inspect all pieces and parts to ensure nothing is damaged - make sure no metal is bent, make sure the small metal shaft in the top is going through everything up there, make sure the end brackets (plastic clips on each end at bottom and metal a-frame looking thing on each end at top) are snapped in place correctly3) if you’re doing inside mount don’t waste your time trying to level and measure the placement of the brackets - just put it up against the top of the window opening and pull it flush to the front and mark the holes.4) Pre drill the screw holes if you have any kind of drill. I used a 3/32 drill bit which is smaller than the screws. It makes it a lot easier to get the screws in.

Attractive and good value
I've installed 9 of these in the last 6 weeks, varying in width from 22" to 60". Every product package was complete and installation time was less than 30 minutes each, not counting the demo of the previous blind, which varied. Product looks great and works perfectly in every window. The valance is a plus in that it hides the ugly head at the top of the blind. I highly recommend this product, but offer three recommendations: 1.throw away the phillips screws provided, they are soft and will strip out easily. I used #8 x 1 1/4" torx screws with a power driver. 2. the longer blinds thankfully have a middle hanger. Don't mount it in the exact center as most of these will have a cord in the center - move it about an inch to one side or the other.3. Attach the plastic hangers for the valance before locking the head piece all of the way in or you will have to uninstall it to attach them. Lastly, all measured widths were true. I had one fit snuggly, but that was my error. Measure your opening in 3 places as the directions state and use the narrowest dimension(minus 1/2") I did not, and found that I had one window that was not quite true, top to bottom.

Though I measured as they said- they Don’t fit
Well, I measured & ordered as they say and they are just a bit to wide to fit- & I have 4 of these!I ordered these in early December & then got sick & had 2 surgeries by Feb so these arrived & just sat for months. Today I decided to start installing & they are to wide for the windows! All I can do is chisel out an area at the top to fit the end brackets- they would be fine if I could purchase a top install bracket instead of using the end brackets as that adds more width. The bottom is fine but the slats will need a hair cut off the ends as well-I have been sanding and working on JUST ONE & it still can’t go in with the brackets on- it has to be chiseled. DO YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS & be SURE you KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING

Very nice quality, but hard to pull down/raise up
Looks great, perfect fit, and the wand to open/close the blinds work well.Lifting the blinds up or down takes a lot of effort though which is a bit annoying. Very stiff, need both hands with a firm pull to get them down and firm again raising. Got 70" wide blinds so maybe smaller blinds would be easier to move up and down.Edit: too hard to move the blinds up and down. Have just left them up now and using curtains instead.

NOT ACTUALLY FAUX WOOD, NO FAUX WOOD DESIGN ON THEM LIKE OTHERS JUST THICKER PLASTIC SLATS
Actually look really nice shdn up BUT They are NOT FAUX WOOD at all , just thicker plastic slats, the faux wood actually has grooves in the slats like wood would and feels like wood........ super easy to install I did outside mount, lift easily with both hands and come down nice too.. truthfully walmart has better quality faux wood blinds like all my other ones just are low on 48inch blinds... price wise yes worth it

missing parts, otherwise OK
We bought 5 of these blinds, and 1 was missing the mounting brackets. That blind & valance cover were not in a plastic packaging inside the box as the other 4 were (and was also missing the hardware package), so I'm assuming it had been returned but not properly inspected. We were unable to contact the seller through our amazon account as it had been delivered successfully (and we didn't want to return it), so we ended up buying replacement brackets for about $17 ourself. Other than that, we are happy with them. We believe we will be able to shorten the blinds to match our window height, but no instructions are included for that so we will have to be careful. It takes a bit of work to raise & lower the blinds, and turn the slats, but they are functional.
