Love the Juicer - better then the ones I have had in the past.
First of all the best thing about this product is the amount of juice you get out of it. The leftover fruit/vegatable mulch is practically dry.. And the juice tastes great. I know there's some write up on how this method produces nutritionally better juice or some such - not sure about that, but it certainly produces a lot of tasty juice. When reading other reviews on Amazon for this product I did see some complaining that this juicer is hard to clean . . . I can only assume they have never owned another juicer. This is by far the easiest clean of any juicer I have used ( I have used 4 others over the years). Cleaning is relatively simple and quick. If you have never had a juicer before then you should know that the cleaning process after use is generally the most annoying and time consuming - which remains the case with this one. its just a faster and easier then the others I have used in the past.Otherwise you should know that the aperature you put the fruit into I would class as medium sized - you have to half a smaller apple or quarter a larger apple to fit it. Hmmm - trying to think of what else to say. Easy to use, makes a lot of good juice, easier to clean then any other juicer I have used. That about sums it up. Oh and the price is pretty decent too.

Retailer & Manufacturer are not reliable and quality is poor. (Update)
Updated 6/15/19Retailer contacted me after seeing my review of the product as well as their business. I understand that there can be human error so I applaud the retailer for sending me a replacement item. I am still not convinced that this is a great product, however, in my opinion would work for non leafy greens and vegetables & fruits that are more difficult to juice. It is definitely not intended to make juice for a family but rather on a meal by meal for individuals. I would say the overall value is maybe a 2 to 3 as you can find most juicers in the $100 to $150 range. If you're serious about juicing, pay a little more for the more expensive brands but will run you around $300.Original ReviewMachine lasted for less than 2 months & retailer/manufacturer indicated they would send replacement, never came. The only thing they were concerned about was a negative review. Pay a little more & stick with reputable brands such as Omega, warranties are 15 years.

My first juicer
Since I have little experience with juicers , I was surprised at how challenging putting it together was. BUT it gets easier every time I use it . It is difficult with having arthritic hands . I am using it for juicing celery , so you can imagine the pulp and stringy pulp.I think this is a good buy , it takes time to get used to how it works and how to clean it , so I think most of the issues are mine and not the machines

Much better than centrifugal juicers
My first foray into a juicer was with a locally sourced (Wally World cough cough), centrifugal juicer with actually good reviews. However, the appliance was extremely noise and started spraying juice all over the place after just a couple of uses. So back to the store it went.I did some more research and found this juicer at a sales price and decided to try it out. It arrived quickly and I tried it out very soon after a thorough cleaning. Cleaning is easy but definitely not quick! The parts come apart easily, there are no sharp blades, edges or corners to be careful with, and some of the parts can be cleaned nicely with the included brush. The slow speed of the masticating mechanism creates some noise but it is nothing compared to the turbine noise created by centrifugal juicers. The pulp is very dry so I assume most of the juice is extracted efficiently. There is still some small pulp in the juice, which I personally like, but it is minimal. I've used a number of fruits and vegetables so far and the order in which I put them in affected the efficiency of the juicing process. I like to "flush" fruits with peel (like apples and pears) and fibrous fruits like mangoes and pineapples with oranges. Mangoes and pineapples seem to be more likely to clog the metal sieve. My kids enjoy the juice a lot, so do I, so it's a win-win!

Ridiculously difficult to clean!!!
So the machine arrive today and then minutes it was put together and ready for juicing. It made very good juice and it was not nearly as slow as other masticating juicer is I've used. I used apples, carrots, celery, and some kale. The machine performed well though some of the parts are small and delicate and this made me a little concerned about long-term durability and reliability.Well that's not going to be an issue because the machine is going back. The problem showed itself when it became time to clean the machine. I don't know who designed this but it was almost as if they specifically made it impossible to get clean. There are small narrow channels cracks and crevice is that the fiber gets all jammed up in there and it's almost impossible to reach these areas and clean it all out. I spent 15 minutes prepping and preparing juice in over two hours cleaning the machine afterwards. This process was absurdly ridiculous. It is clear nobody works on this machine is ever had to clean it or they would've insisted on some design changes. If I didn't know better I would think they made it difficult to clean on purpose because they could've done a better job engineering this thing to be frustrating if they tried.Any of the other one into star reviews cover the specifics of how difficult this thing is to clean so I will spare you the details but echo their sentiments. You really don't want to buy this machine.
